Who We Are

At Haslam & Gallagher, Bob or Pat works every case personally and builds long lasting relationships with our clients. When you retain us, either Pat or Bob handles your claim, not an associate or first year law student.
We specialize in personal injury and civil trial litigation. We limit our caseload so we can provide our clients with the personal service they deserve. We don’t just practice law; we strive for justice.
If your case is outside of Dallas-Ft. Worth, we can handle it. To date we have tried cases to verdict in 20 counties in Texas. We have also handled litigation in Missouri, New York, California, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Indiana, and Kansas. We retain excellent local attorneys and enjoy a national practice with many colleagues around the country.
Litigation is serious business and we take our responsibility to our clients seriously. We utilize the latest jury research, development and behavioral analysis to manage litigation risks and to craft the most persuasive case. As part of Haslam & Gallagher’s preparation we routinely mock try or focus group our cases before actually going to trial because it is necessary our clients have reasonable expectations and appreciate the risks a trial presents in comparison to the insurance companies’ evaluation. We promise to never bring a frivolous case to trial.
